Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We will contact you regarding backorder status or any delays. Normally we will hold your order until it is complete unless the delay will be longer than 2 weeks. If you would like us to split your order into 2 shipments we will be happy to do so, however the second shipment may incur an additional shipping charge. During the busy homeschool buying season (from June through September) orders may take longer to fill. If you have a time-sensitive order please make a note of it in the comment box during the check-out process.
We want you to be satisfied. We offer a 30 return policy for refund or exchange. If you received free shipping when you ordered we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund. You must first obtain authorization by contacting us by phone or email. Pack items carefully, we are not responsible for lost or damages items. Items must be received in resale condition. We cannot give a full refund for items returned damaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items returned without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days will receive store credit rather than a refund. CD's and DVD's may not be returned. Shrink-wrapped items are not returnable if they have been opened. All sales of clearance items are final. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately for replacement.

We carry thousands of items in our store but if something you order is temporarily out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option to have your order held until all items are available or split your order into separate shipments. You will be billed for the additional shipping cost if you choose to split the order.
Prices may change without notice due to our suppliers. If a price change is over $1.00 we will contact you for authorization to complete your order. Of course, if the price goes down you will be charged the lower price!
