Return Policy We want you to be satisfied! We offer a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges minus our shipping cost. You must first obtain authorization by contacting us by phone or email. Pack items carefully, we are not responsible for lost or damages items. Items must be received in resale condition. We cannot give a full refund for items returned damaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items returned after 30 days or without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee. CD's and DVD's may not be returned.
